We strongly condemn the recent racist image attached to a newsletter opposing HB 1620, and any actions that followed. This is a serious issue that perpetuates systemic racism, and creates an environment of harm. The community member(s) who published and orchestrated this harm are no longer welcomed nor will ever be tolerated in the greater grassroots peer advocacy towards Family Court Reform. The individual(s) who created the racist AI image does not, nor ever did, hold any position at PAYES.
